BIG LATHE PARTING TOOL HOLDER AND BLADE 3/4 x 6
This parting tool holder and blade set is designed for big lathes. The holder is 1/2 thick by 1 1/8 tall and 6 long. The blade is 1/8" THICK, 3/4" TALL AND 6" LONG and held in place by a special clamp and tightened by a special wrench, allowing the blade to be advanced or removed for sharpening without disturbing the tool holder position. Blades are made of high speed steel for long life sharpening. The blade is of the tapered design wide at the top cutting edge and tapering to the bottom to eliminates side drag during the cut.
